We are so honored to be sponsoring our first annual SaraStrong team this year- in memory of our Sister-in-Law, Sara Sullivan.

Sara was diagnosed with breast cancer in January of 2009 and is a constant source of joy, faith, and inspiration in our family. She courageously fought the disease for the past 9 months and was always positive about the outcomes.  Even when she was on bedrest during the last 3 weeks of her pregnancy, she was always smiling, upbeat and knew God had a plan in place for her, Brady and Baby Chloe. 

Sara delivered a beautiful, healthy Chloe Grace on September 8, 2009.  Brady and Sara were able to spend 2 amazing days at home with Chloe together as a family, and Brady said it was the happiest he had ever seen her.   Her condition took a turn for the worse on September 17th, and she was admitted to the hospital for seizures.  The doctors diagnosted her with post-partum angiopathy and after 4 days of uncontrollable brain swelling, she was pronounced brain dead.  It is still hard for me to beleive as I type this, but I know that Sara was so ready and excited to be with her Lord and Savior!

Please hlep us find a cure in memory of Sara, as she is an inspiration to all who knew her or read of her story. We would love to have a large group at the Race on October 17, so if you are going to be in Dallas that weekend, we would love to see you!
