Six years ago I lost not only my mom, but my best friend. I used to think cancer happened to other people. The bottom line is that one out of every eight women will get cancer. Yes, this includes you and your loved ones. I want you to think about your mom, your sister, your daughter, your wife, or your best friend.


I am asking everyone to help me turn a negative into a positive. We all need to be proactive so please take the time to make a donation or to join our team. Losing my mom was difficult, but I trully feel it in my heart that she would be proud of the way we are remembering her.


Not a day goes by that I don't think about my mom. She was an amazing woman. The pain does not go away, but we have to find ways to positively deal with our losses. The Race for the Cure is my way. So please remember my MOM!
